Remember to Follow These General Prenatal Guidelines:
- Stay away from drugs, alcohol and cigarettes.
- Everything that you put into your body also goes into your baby's body, so make healthy choices.
- Do not take prescription drugs or over the counter medications unless your doctor approves it.
- Eat healthy food and exercise regularly.
- Make sure your immunizations are up to date.
- Ask your doctor about a flu shot and about taking vitamins.
