Phoenix Health Plan is accepting claims electronically (EDI) through WebMD. This will allow you to receive your payments faster and will provide you with documentation of the timeliness of your claims submission.
If you are using a clearing house or a billing service, please pass this information on to them with your request to submit your Phoenix Health Plan claims electronically.
This is for primary claims only.
Any claims requiring EOB must continue to be sent by paper.

Dental EDI
Phoenix Health Plan uses Tesia-PCI as our Dental EDI clearinghouse vendor. You can contact a member of the Tesia-PCI support team at 1-800-724-7240. You may also call your PHP/CC Provider Service Representative at 602-824-3700 or 1-800-747-7997 (options in order: 3, 7).
