At Phoenix Health Plan, we recognize that our members are of different cultures and backgrounds and make every effort to offer a choice of qualified doctors who meet health care needs in a culturally appropriate manner.

Beliefs about the cause, prevention, and treatment of illness varies among cultures, and we feel these beliefs need to be respected in the practices used to maintain our member's health.

PHP also knows the importance of communication and strives to meet all our members' needs.

PHP can provide interpretation/translation services at no charge, including American Sign Language.

PHP provides member materials to you in a language or format that may be easier for you to understand.

For translation services, to find a doctor who understands your cultural needs, or for materials in another language or format please contact one of our friendly Member Representatives.
