Beliefs about the cause, prevention, and treatment of illness varies among cultures, and we feel these beliefs need to be respected in the practices used to maintain our member's health.

Phoenix Health Plan also knows the importance of communication and strives to meet all of our members needs. Phoenix Health Plan can provide interpretation/translation services at no charge including American Sign Language. Phoenix Health Plan provides member materials to you in a language or format that may be easier for you to understand.
